With the upcoming release of the Black Ranger, this will finally complete all of the original Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers.
Now, this version will be the Japanese release of the original "black" Ranger-- or Mammoth Ranger as he was known on the original Japanese show: Kyoryu Sentai Zyuranger.
But, while this version will be a Tamashii Web exclusive in Japan, like the other Rangers, this will no doubt be released through Bluefin Tamashii as a US MMPR version.
The Tamashii Web exclusive version will be out in Japan in February (assuming you pre-order it now) for Y3,675 (approx $37.00). The US version should be around the same price when it's released.
