But, the original G1 figures, while awesome at the time, were complete "bricks" as figures and often didn't look enough like they did in the cartoons. But, thankfully, Takara began rectifying that rift years ago with their Transformers Masterpiece line.
Since it's inception, it has become one of my favorite toy lines of all time-- and it's only been getting better.
So, as you can imagine, I'm anxiously awaiting these new figures of Bumblebee and Ultra Magnus. Images of the two have been leaking out slowly, but do nothing but build anticipation for the both of them.
I imagine that we'll be seeing "official" images of Bumblebee soon and hopefully some color images of Ultra Magnus, as well.
